Ambas referentes pusieron el foco en una etapa de la vida de las mujeres, de la cual no se habla y que es uno de los grandes \u201cstoppers\u201d silenciosos para el liderazgo y talento Las especialistas derribaron prejuicios y nos brindaron informaci\u00f3n para que nuestras socias puedan tomar mejores decisiones como l\u00edderes de sus organizaciones. En su exposici\u00f3n descubrimos que el climaterio como per\u00edodo <strong>puede tener m\u00e1s de 30 s\u00edntomas<\/strong>, <strong>80% de las mujeres experimentan s\u00edntomas<\/strong> y con el aumento de la expectativa de vida, ese per\u00edodo es mucho m\u00e1s largo que en el pasado. Expresado en cifras la relevancia del tema es evidente: <strong>8 de cada 10 mujeres se encuentran atravesando este per\u00edodo<\/strong>, <strong>actualmente est\u00e1n trabajando y van a seguir activas por 20 a\u00f1os m\u00e1s<\/strong>. Las organizaciones no deber\u00edan de perderse la experiencia de talentosas mujeres, con la consecuencia del fuerte impacto econ\u00f3mico negativo que tiene.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Poner el tema en la Agenda<\/strong>, <strong>hablar sobre \u00e9l<\/strong> con informaci\u00f3n veraz <strong>es la primera medida para generar un cambio sustentable en las organizaciones<\/strong>. Para finalizar la charla <strong>Miriam<\/strong> y <strong>Milagros<\/strong> <strong>nos dieron una bater\u00eda de recomendaciones<\/strong> para que adopten las organizaciones y de esta forma
